While trying to resolve errors I was encountering downloading this album, I inadvertently purchased the same digital album a second time. I came to Qobuz as a first-time user to purchase a digital album. My 1 star is purely based on my horrific an unjust ordeal with the Customer Service department. The Qobuz Customer Service department (and I was even dealing with the supposed customer service manager) is beyond useless, to the point that they're single handedly destrying the brand's reputation. So, if Qobuz are reading this as others are, I want it confirmed and known that Qobuz as a brand are great. To the point that the CEO actually replied on a Sunday! Pluse he agreed a refund is the way forward so as not to cause any further distress to me.

On my "journey of dispute", I got the contact details of the CEO and other "big cheeses" and they couldn't be more understanding and helpful if they tried. The Customer Service department should be done away with compeltely, as they will be the destruction of an otherwise a very good company. It was a horendous process that proves the Customer Service department do not only not know basic consumer law, but they have no idea when it comes to analysing audio files (they picked the wrong person when it comes to audio quality andits analysis in disputes!). The 11 albums purchased on the 12th and I finally got a refund with the help of PayPal today on the 22nd.
QOBUZ REVIEW PLUS
After seeing the poor reviews on customer service here and on other websites, plus the fact they had £!35 of my money they were trying to keep, I persued it. Then I purchased 11 albums in one purchase and every single one had issues, from incorrect filenames and ID3 tags to clipped audio. I purchased one album that was supposed to be gapless, but had gaps inserted. Be that by not responding or blaming other companiesand people for the problems.

Doing whatever and however they can to keep your money. CUSTOMER SERVICE - SHOCKING - but the CEO is fantasticĪfter approximately 8 years of being a customer, the past few purchases have been beyond substandard, and as many are saying here, the Customer Support team are absolutely terrible.
